This notice describes the inquiry form on the Akashic Intelligence portfolio website. The individual Akashic, Danu Astrology, and Tessera products may have separate privacy notices.

What the form collects

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email address, organization if provided, area of interest, project description, and the time of submission. Healthcare inquiries also include the project’s state or region. A reference number connects your submission to any follow-up.

How the information is used

Akashic Intelligence uses this information to review your request, respond, and discuss a potential engagement. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a product account. We do not sell inquiry information.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in a server-side database. The website has no public inquiry directory. Administrative retrieval requires a separate access credential. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information as needed to operate the site.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for service operation and security. This site does not install advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

What to leave out

Do not send patient information, sensitive personal records, credentials, or confidential client materials through the form. A high-level description is enough to start a conversation.
